✦  HOW IT'S MADE  ✦

The intelligence cycle, run for one.

Every night, Personal Daily Brief runs the cycle an intelligence staff runs for a head of state: direction, collection, analysis, production, verification, and a memory of everything that came before. The difference is the audience. It runs for you.

ACTIVE: running in every brief today · IN TRAINING: built and being tested, not yet in your brief

01 · DIRECTION

Your file becomes a graph

Your town, teams, stocks, topics and learning goals become an interest graph: connected points the briefer reasons over, not a list of keywords. Two listeners who follow the same team hear the same final score and entirely different local news.

ACTIVE what you tell us
IN TRAINING learning from what you finish, skip and rate

02 · COLLECTION

One sweep, overnight

Before dawn, a single collection pass gathers the night's reporting for every listener at once: wire services, major and local newsrooms, market data, sports results and official weather feeds. Every item is tagged with where it came from, when it happened, and the people, places and teams it names.

ACTIVE

03 · ANALYSIS

A plan before a word is written

For each listener, a planner decides what makes the brief, how deep each story goes and the order it runs in, by matching the night's items against your graph. If there is nothing new on your team today, the plan records it, and your brief tells you plainly instead of padding.

ACTIVE

04 · PRODUCTION

A briefing desk, not a newsreader

An AI model writes a two-host script from the night's sources, never from its own memory of the world. Every segment has its own craft: markets read like a trading desk, sports like a color commentator, the learning track like a patient professor, the faith segment like a pastor. Two AI voices, an anchor who frames and an analyst who presses, turn it into a conversation.

ACTIVE

05 · VERIFICATION

Only what the sources support

Scores and fixtures are checked against the source data by deterministic guards: code, not another model's opinion. An automated review then reads every brief against its sources and records what it finds. If something still slips through, tell us at info@personaldailybrief.ai.

06 · CONTINUITY

A briefer that remembers

Your brief keeps a memory of what it has told you and where you are in your learning track. A returning story comes back only with what changed: the vote it flagged Tuesday returns Thursday as "passed last night." Each morning is the next episode, not a fresh start.

READY WHEN YOU WAKE.

About fifteen minutes, every weekday morning at the time you choose. Your first brief arrives about 20 minutes after you sign up.
